Medical Oversight & Telemedicine Disclosure
Body FX operates as a telemedicine-based aesthetic clinic. All medical services provided at our facility are conducted under the supervision of an off-site medical director. Our delegated Good Faith Exams are performed virtually by a licensed nurse practitioner prior to any medically necessary treatment.
We are proud to partner with Dr. Joe Carl Hubbard Jr., M.D., as our delegating physician and off-site medical director. If you need to contact Dr. Hubbard’s primary office, please call 254-335-0046.
All medical consultations and treatment authorizations are performed in compliance with state regulations through our licensed nurse practitioners. These consultations are conducted remotely via secure telemedicine platforms.
Joe Carl Hubbard, MD
Joe Carl Hubbard, MD is a board-certified internal medicine specialist , U.S. Marine Veteran, and the off site supervising physician for this practice. A lifelong Texan and member of the Church of Christ, Dr. Hubbard is known for his steady leadership, faith, and strong personal ethics.
While this is not his primary Practice - He provides off-site medical direction with a focus on responsibility, patient safety, and professional support. His approach reflects the values he lives by — integrity, accountability, and respect for the people he serves.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Hubbard enjoys shooting sports and spending time outdoors — staying grounded in the rural lifestyle , faith and traditions he was raised with.

Crystal began her NP career in cardiology, where she practiced for 10 years and developed a strong passion for preventative care. That experience led to her deeper interest in metabolic and hormonal health, particularly in perimenopause and menopause management.
In 2024, she partnered with a physician in New Roads, Louisiana and successfully opened two clinics focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, and aesthetics. She’s now bringing that same expertise to Texas, and we’re so glad she’s chosen to collaborate with us.

While your treatments are delivered in person by our highly trained professionals, all medical clearance, oversight, and treatment approvals are conducted by our licensed nurse practitioners and delegating physician through secure telemedicine consultations. Our medical team ensures that every client receives the professional attention, education, and care they deserve before starting any medically delegated service.
