APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are always preferred. Walk-ins are welcome on a limited basis. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms if this is your first visit. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session in order to stay on schedule for the next appointment, or we may need to reschedule you for another time the same day. If there are no openings later that day, your appointment may be subject to the cancellation policy.

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. This is to ensure that your appointment time is reserved and that you are committed to attending your scheduled service. A $25 deposit is required for all standard appointments and may be sent through Zelle: bodyfxhouston, PayPal: @bodyfxhouston, CashApp: $bodyfxhouston, or Venmo: @bodyfxhouston. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Fat Blaster and Ultimate Wrap appointments require a $75 deposit. Consultations also require a $25 deposit. If you move forward with a service, the consultation deposit will be applied toward your service total. If you decide not to move forward with treatment after the consultation, the $25 deposit will be retained as the consultation fee. No deposit, no appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment. If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and retained as the late cancellation or no-show fee. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of your appointment. We understand that some situations may be out of your control, so certain circumstances may be considered at management’s discretion. We provide complimentary courtesy reminder calls; however, we are not required to do so. Missed appointments remain the client’s responsibility.

PACKAGES & GIFT CERTIFICATES: When scheduling your appointment please notify the staff of your package or gift certificate for verification purposes. Gratuity is not included in pricing but highly appreciated!



VOUCHER GUEST: The promotional value will EXPIRE on the date specified in the offer, unless prohibited by law. The amount paid WILL NEVER EXPIRE. Promotional value can’t be combined with other offers. Doesn't cover tax or gratuity. Not re-loadable  Fully transferable. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification or trade prohibited. Please be sure to bring a copy of your voucher to you appointment. Must cancel appointment within 24 hours, failure to do so will void voucher. Vouchers do not include tax or gratuity and were purchase at a dramatic discounted price, therefore we recommend at least 20% Gratuity based on the original session price.



REFUND POLICY: There is absolutely no refunds or credits on services or products purchased. No Exceptions. Gift certificates and packages are transferable but non-refundable.
