Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the practitioner laying hands on the client and life force energy will flow through the client. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Our practitioner is a 7th Generation Reiki Master direct descendant of Master Usui in the Reiki Lineage. She is also trained in Tibetan Reiki, bringing in additional ancient healing energies.
